Kronplatz is a lovely little ski resort in South Tyrol and is part of the Dolomiti Superski Ski area. It offers 116km of local slopes and you can also easily connect to the Sella Ronda via a regular local shuttle bus to open up hundreds of km of extra skiing. The local slopes are very well looked after and the slopes are rarely crowded making it ideal for beginner skiers but there is plenty on offer for all abilities with fantastic skiing coupled with breathtaking scenery.
Kronplatz is made up of a collection of small villages and the majority of the hotels that iSki feature are located in San Vigilio which is a pretty village combining modern chic and traditional customers and values. San Vigilio gives great access to the ski area and the best position to be located to get the regular shuttle bus from the botton of the Piculin cable car to link up with the world-famous Sella Ronda Ski Circuit.
If you are thinking of booking a ski holiday in Kronplatz then you have come to the right place. iSki features some of the best hotels in the area and our friendly staff are on hand to help you through the process. Just give us a call on 02037780123 and we will more than happily help.
There is 116km of piste on offer on the local slopes on Kronplatz and they are perfect for beginner and intermediate skiers but there are still plenty of runs to keep advanced skiers happy as well making it a great resort for mixed ability groups.

With 116km of piste on offer there is plenty of skiing to keep you happy for a weeks skiing and the majority of the local slopes and red and blue meaning you will be able to skiing nearly all of the local slopes without having to concern yourself with black runs.
While advanced skiiers will love getting to know all of the local skiing the big draw of Kronplatz for advanced skiiers is that it is just 15 minutes away (via shuttle bus) from the Alta Badia ski area which then links directly to the Sella Ronda and opens up 100's on km's of extra skiing to explore.
The apres ski in Kronplatz is pretty laid back and relaxed.
