Lenzerheide is a lovely Swiss ski resort located very close to the Swiss / Austrian boader and as a result it is popular with Austrian, German and Swiss skiers. In recent years ski holdiays in Lenzerheide have also started to become popular with Bristish skiers due to the new link that was build between Lenzerhedie and Arosa. Before this Lenzerheide was just a resort on its own but they have invested millions of Swiss Francs in building a link between Lenzerheide and Arosa to create a ski area with 225km of piste which is now one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland.
The Lenzerheide ski area is mainly made of of blue and red runs so it is ideal for beginner and intermediate skiers. However many of the red runs are hard enough to test even the most advanced of skiers and there are also 10 black runs to through into the mix as well.
